Gex is among the worst, there's only 11 more hated franchises left. And I don't think Monster Hunter was ever heavily +'d, it just took a long time for anyone to eliminate franchises they love and finally get around to giving it -'s
Madden and Halo have probably seen the most +'s out of any franchise, obviously Halo has just seen more -'s too.
And it's extremely unlikely any franchise not on this list would've been eliminated before TLoZ. It went out in the first 13 votes in the first 2 hours of the game.
