What makes no sense? 2 cores at 2GHz each add up to 4GHz, substract a bit because the 2GHz is ideal and you've got your 3.89 GHz

Actually in my case that can't be true because I have a AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 2.21 GHz, and my computer is rated for 6.30GHz??

 

And it is back to being incredibly odd. I figured that would happen :P
