What makes no sense? 2 cores at 2GHz each add up to 4GHz, substract a bit because the 2GHz is ideal and you've got your 3.89 GHz

 

 

lol, Zexen, you cannot just add up the clock speeds of each core like that.  IGN got laughed for doing that with the X360 (3.2 x 3 = 9.6 Ghz).

Download CPU-Z and it will give you the correct data on your system.
