Is this a bad sign for GTAIV DLC?

LOL, this is too funny. but i personally doubt ppl would actually buy the DLC for GTA4, well at least i know for sure MS made a poor investment.

considering the fact of how dissapointing and how overated GTA4 was i doubt anyone would buy it.
