I think it's a mixture of playing it on my couch with the better sound and the fact the controller just feels so good with the game.  I like it better than mouse and keyboard for that game.

I noticed when I played with my headphones (I got better headphones than speakers! HA!) That the sound effects from the guns in the game were amazing. This seems like a game where you can really add to it with a decent set of surround sound speakers.

Btw, just curious what kind of speaker set you got on your TV?

 

 

Some pretty nice 5.1 Polk speakers but I'm actually getting those X4 surround sound headphones for my birthday or Christmas which is one of the other reasons I was encouraged to try it on the 360 (the wife keeps getting angry that my games are loud when she's trying to sleep).

Ahh thats pretty cool. I don't have a setup so to speak but im going to get one next year. Btw, how do headphones work on the 360? I have to try them as I sometimes game late into the night, I don't see a way of connecting them... does it take USB headphones or something?

Btw, you should do what Ronaldo does before games. It'll make you play better and it'll also help the wife sleep.
