You'd be surprised, there are TONS of people out there that only play Uno all the damn time with vision cams just to talk and fool around with friends or meet random people. My friend plays Uno religiously, he even stays up to like 5am playing and I bitch at him the next day for taking so long to get up.. >_>
All his 100 slots in his friend list are full, from people he met on Uno. I lol when girls try to actually talk to him who he met through Uno, too. These people don't play Uno to play, just to chat. I myself stopped playing it a long time ago, after I got all the achievements. Still love the game, though.
