No. It would go against the entire premise of the controls. The Wiimote (and mouse/keyboard) are great for instantaneous response in a shooter. Killzone is designed with a heavy emphasis on weight, and a mouse/wiimote would only take away from that. If you used either of these, either the players movements would have to be entirely reworked, making it identical to CoD4, or else the controls would feel like they're really dragging or delayed, something that otherwise works fine with analog sticks.
