S-E is using UE3 for multiplatform titles like The Last Remnant not for PS3 exclusive titles like FFXIII they have put alot of money on the White Engine and wont cast it by the wayside after only using it for FFXIII and FFversusXIII so FFXIV will probably use the WhiteEngine.
