• There will be no co-op mode , and they are strict about it.

• There will be no splitscreen mode.

Probably because the PS3 can´t handle spliscreen, and the co-op part sound plain weird :S

The shutgun with flashlight reminds me a lot to the good old Doom 3

 

Can't be it. Resistance 2 has online 8-player splitscreen and Killzone 2 should be able to handle more. I don't really care about splitscreen but some kind of co-op would have been nice.
