Third parties pull a fast one and blame Nintendo for their own crappy games

I agree only at a small part and most part I don't. I find this the most lame excuse to justify your own mistakes by pointing at someone else. Nintendo makes some lousy stuff but most 3rd party devs make lousy stuff as well, they're both to blame. Now tell me, why did the PS2 had high quality games en par and why does the Wii now have mostly shovel ware titles? While we all know the Wii is much more powerful than the PS2. This has nothing to do with hardware but with the install base and of how the Wii is being presented. Nintendo presents it as a casual console, a happy family entertainment device and the 3rd party devs jump right on it.

Plus its so easy to create cheap software that sells well so you can afford the bigger titles for HD consoles. The Wii is basically a money machine for all publishers / developers. The decent games that are around show at least the effort that developers have made to create them.

And another thing, the PlayStation was like 4 times less powerful than the N64 and why the heck wasn't it difficult for developers then to create amazing games for Sony's little powerful console ey?

To me a lot of bull and dumb excuses to talk themselves out of it or more to say... we don't care what you think! We create those junk because we "need" the money.
