Why would you want to buy a refubish 360 and one without the power brick. The official brick are $100.00 or you have to find a used one (again not a good idea).
New 360 is $199.99 ... I am not sure why you would want to take a chance with used let alone a refurbish console from ebay seller.
(not to mention if the console had been mod then it will be ban from Live. If it has been refurb by others then it also void MS RROD warranty.
