I think it WILL go to the Wii for more money.
Remember:
Low Development Cost+Major Sales= Big Profit
High Development Cost+Minor Sales= Small Profit.
This is why so many 3rd parties are switching to the Wii, and I wouldn't be suprised if Square does it as well
