Square Enix just wants more money because of a high development cost. It's that simple. Money talks. "It's just business." No loyalty intended. And that's only for FFX13.
But I have no idea why Square Enix is publishing/developing Xbox 360 exclusives or timed. Now I know Microsoft obviously moneyhatted."
