Wow, you bought one on eBay *and* it's refurbished? Do you know how many problems you've opened yourself to?
Anyways,
1) Power brick - the part that plugs into the wall. I don't know if those are sold separately, you'll probably have to eBay that too.
2) You need an internet connection. If you want to play multiplayer games with people you will need to pay for XBox Live Gold which runs I believe $40 for 13 months at Amazon.
3) You'll need *something* to save your games on, download games, watch movies, ect. You can get away with just a memory card if you want but I believe 20 gig hard drives are pretty cheap.
