If they did that now, all forums will be screaming ""NINTENDO IS ABUSING THE INDUSTRY!""then third partys will scream ""NINTENDO HAS PUT DOWN UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS!""
Seriously no one is going to do diddly squat. Nintendo is continue kicking there ass and only some third partys are going to enjoy the fruit of there labour.
