"With the Holiday numbers starting to look as though the 360 will out sell the PS3 around 3 or 4 to 1 ww"- It won't be by that much, not even 2 to 1.
I'm not really that bothered that the PS3 is 3rd, it happens to be my favourite of the three. And it will have a price cut within 6 months time so it may not be in 3rd place forever. Either way, I don't think people should worry about it, it's not like there's any realistic chance of the PS3 being discontinued.
