I just don't like that you can log on with the internet (that you already pay for), on a PC, and just use your service as is, no additional charge :P It's like netflix said, y'know, your already paying for our service, this is something additional for you guys :) It's a service that they didn't have to provide, but did, at they're expense. And that's friggin cool. Not because I'm a cheapass, but because they said hmmm, how could we be better, and not rape them in the face.
The whole netflix thing just sounded to me like an additional reason to pick up a 360, but now it's not... it's an additional reason to pick up live... which like I mentioned I wasn't interested in :x It doesn't feel like microsoft went out of it's way for it's fanbase, more like another way to get live customers, and still make a buck out of it :x
I just don't approve of the business model. Netflix should be a 360 thing, not a live thing. Gold or silver shouldn't matter. As I mentioned I thought it was a swift move to take some of the movie goers away from the potential purchase of a blu-ray device ala PS3. But if you've got Netflix brandished all over your "New Xbox Experience", yet it has nothing to do with the Xbox at all, then it's misleading.
It just feels like buying gold in wow :x
From 0 to KICKASS in .stupid seconds.
