Sorry but no, Claire lack the mutant ability to output a gravitation field thingy that actually makes her fix to the ground essentially making her part of the ground she stands on, ala Blob's unmovability.
BTW, is Claire invulnerable? Becuase she's been cut open loads of times, unless I'm missing something.
