Has anyone installed something like Lost Odyssey?  Does it let you install a single disk at a time instead of making you install the entire game?

 

I does boil down to personal preference especially now that the NXE allows for installs.  Of course no choice before the release of the NXE.  Some wanted it, some didn't care for it. I can help but to think that some who didn't care for it are now enjoying it like ulitizing a feature on a cellphone they first didn't care for until actually giving it a chance.  But I can see where you are coming from.  It would be a problem with a 20GB 360 while you could just upgrade a PS3 to a Western Digital 320GB Scorpio internal hard drive for under $90.  Through the NXE you have the option of install, PS3 more than likely required.  Either way you can delete your data when finished.  I prefer the install because I can do it when I first get the game while doing other tasks around the house then later have a more seemless experience.  I would recommend it while there is a give and take between the 360 and PS3.  360 hard drive install = optional; but if a larger hard drive is required, an upgrade is relatively expensive.  PS3 hard drive install = probably required; but if a larger hard drive is required, an upgrade is relatively inexpensive, and you get to reuse your old one.  There is no clear-cut best case scenario here.  Let's stop bickering (Not referring to you twestern, just everyone else.)

I have the 120gig hard drive so I'm not worried about filling it up (since I never need more than a few games installed at a time), I just hate having so much space set out for a single game.  >_>
