CoD WaW, imo, is far better than the fourth. The online is essentially just a map pack, but the campaign is epic, absolutely epic, I'm on the second from last mission and the atmosphere in the game is just breathtaking.
One thing I noticed, as well, is the soundtrack, it's really good, the dramatic music, and it comes in a great times. Whoever they have working as music director there needs their wage doubled.
