Well it hurts but they are hardly dead as a company.  They made a profit last quarter and some parts of Sony are doing quite well.  Sony is far bigger and more diversified than just ps3/blu-ray.

 

 Never said they are dead, I said that they won't survive as the company they are, they will have to shrink or be split, profits for last quarter plummeted, and they are losing ground to rivals in nearly every market
