 True. Motion Control has been around in different forms since the 70's. But this is a major leap for home console videogaming.

Piggybacking... and superreal graphics were around before the PS3 (see Hollywood). It's not the idea that the innovation is completely new, but been successfully delivered to the home market

In that case, I have to go with Motion Control (Wii Sports if it must go to a single game). Most of the games people have named - GoW2, GTA4, MGS4- seem to be simply straight line progressions of past achievements. Motion control was the one and only major departure from convention which will inevitably change the standard for the consoles of tomorrow.
