That's a Hentai movie. And it's got a sequel "Star Balls".
Worst anime ever was Gall Force: New Era. Utter, utter crap. I hated Dominion Tank Police and Detonator Orgun too.
And Battle Angel was good. The animation was a great adaption from the manga style and the theme "cyborg Mermaid" was awesome.
