Unless more games are good than bad (which I think the opposite is true) like a 7 is there average review for a game. (All there reviews when added up and divided by 10 come out to about a 7. Meaning if games were distributed on a bell curve as far as quality goes a 7 would be the ranking an average game would be, since you base an "average" game vs it's peers it doesn't nessisarily mean it has to be on a bell curve.) So an EGM review of a 7, IGN review of 7.5 or Play Magazien review of 8 is pretty much statistically average as far as PS3 games go.
