I haven't seen it yet, but since when did Bond villains have to be tough? He fights lots of people who you might call wimps, who have tough henchmen. Christopher Walken isn't necessarily a great fighter, but he's got Grace Jones as his awesome henchwoman. Goldfinger had Oddjob. Several major villains are more brainy than tough because they're criminal masterminds. You leave the criminal masterminding to people like Blofeld and even Jonathon Pryce in Tomorror Never Dies. Henchmen do the fighting.

(I watched the first 4 Bond movies this week to pump myself up. And the old 1967 comedy version of Casino Royale is up on Hulu.com for free. I should watch that soon too.)
