If you pay $40 that is not full price no matter how you try to look at it. You pay $40, you get the game=not full price. You pay $40+$20=$60 for the game+headset=still not full price.  |
You have to pay full price unless you download it. There is no $40 option in the shops that comes without the headset. What fuzz is saying is that your paying $60 for this game, sure you get a nifty headset but apart from downloading it the only way to get it is to pay the $60. Downloading is another matter, clearly its not full price to download. |
When you put it that way...nope still doesn't make sense to me how it can be considered a full priced game.
Sorry. Maybe I just can't see it the way you guys do, but I see value in a headset, so I don't really see it as a bonus, more of a package I guess.
I think I understand where you guys are coming from though, because maybe you see owning a game as having a physical copy?
Anyway, something nobody has brought up as far as I remember reading is the fact that you can share downloaded games across 5 PS3s, so if you split the cost amongst your friends, you'll only be paying $8. Not too bad eh?
