If you can get it now for the same price in March, why would you wait? They might not drop it to $400 by then, although I wouldnt be suprised. But what are you going to gain in the bank in interest? Are you investing in stock? There is no reason to hold off if you know that you'll just be waiting to get the same deal later. That doesn't make sense.
Not to mention the 5 free blu-ray movies.
The PSN games alone are worth $400, especially Super Stardust HD.
