When you go to the Netflix section of the dash and install the little extension, it will put up an activation code for you. Then you log onto www.netflix.com/activate, type in that code, and all the movies in your instant que should appear on the screen.
Then all you need to do is choose one and hit 'A' to play it — a screen will pop up showing 'Netflix presented in HD' and it will then determine your video quality and stream it to your box.
New movies will show up in your xbox que automatically whenever you add them to your instant que from then on.
