Still Metal Gear Solid 4 got a 10 from IGN and Gears 2 didn't. Matter of fact Gears 2 didn't score as high as Fallout 3 on the 360 at IGN either, and Resistance 2 (and LBP) received the exact same score as Gears 2.

I was replying to a comment that Gears 2 wasnt the best graphically or technically. Not the overall game.
