I agree in full with the original poster. The titles Playable on the PS3 are just of better quality in my opinion, and the only real strong point for live seems to be on the multi-plats, which have a pretty bad tenancy of being of lower quality as far as on line's concerned anyway :/

Leo you didn't mention the fact that the PSN is free.. like... free. When Insomniac released R2, they put a HUGE emphasis on the online play, both co-op and competitive, when someone pops in the disc, they can enjoy the modes to the fullest because additional cost is not an option, they're only limitation is internet connectivity, whereas with the 360, you can see that the modes are there, and you can be running the fastest internet in the world, and it's still just a useless menu option unless your willing to pay.

The other thing that really grinds my gears about the 360, is it's lack of dedicated servers, I was laughing my ass off so badly when COD4 came out, 16 players on the 360, 24 on the PS3... And comparing the two version's side by side, the PS3's had much better latency times. Then games like Warhawk, 720p, 60 frames locked, HUGE worlds, 32 players, THX 5.1, quite possibly the least amount of lag I've ever seen in a video game, and just overall outstanding quality, and everyone with an internet connection can enjoy, it's all free! It's just really unbelievable sometimes :D Someone mentioned "horde" mode above, but man, we've been living out awesome for a long ass time now :P Our PSN cheapy titles are friggin amazing, we've got huge player counts leading to some amazingly epic battles, and our exclusives seem to support online play like no other xD I'm glad you enjoy horde mode, it is pretty awesome, but I've seriously got some more 8man co-op to do :D My soldier's not going to level itself ;)

Live's got a few things going for it though, mainly just polish, but at the start of this gen, the differences between the two were atrocious, and now, they're barely noticeable, and the worst part is, is that they're still willing to pay for a service that's only "marginally better", if at all :/
