Will the xbox 360 EVER support the Ipod Touch?

So Microsoft are bringing out lips pretty soon and my Ipod Touch still doesn't work with my 360. I'm pretty sure the other ipods do though I may be wrong.

 

I got the New Xbox Experience early and it still doesn't work :(
