The site says it has sold 190,000 units. Tecmo has said that they have shipped 500,000 worldwide. You'd have to be out of your mind to think that their is really 310,000 units on shelves.

Unless, their is a huge number of copies pushed in Others ...... I know all the admins try really hard on this site, but there are a bunch of games missing EU and Others sales.

Shipment numbers will probably always be a lot higher than this sites numbers ...

Consider how many videogame rental places there are in North America and how many of those will end up buying multiple copies of popular games; if you assume there is 1 place that rents this videogame for every 1,000 households in North America that works out to 100,000 rental places (it is probably closer to 25,000 to 50,000 places with some buying multiple copies of the game).

190,000 units sold to customers + 50,000 rental copies + 100,000 sold in the other regions = 340,000 which would leave (roughly) 160,000 copies on store shelves across all three regions; probably (roughly) 75,000 in North America which would not be that extreme.
