Really, the realigning of a few pixels to where they should be, rather than where they were due to some incomplete porting, isn't exactly going to blow you away if you look at the pictures. We've all seen Bioshock before, and this patch simply makes the game on PS3 a smooth-running affair without the graphical hitches pored over by eager detractors of the PS3.
Personally, I'm more interested in the upcoming DLC. If it's worth it, I'll pick the game up on PS3 for that definitive thing people seem so keen on, if not, I'm getting it on the cheap for PC, where it will inevitably look better.
