L4D relies entirely upon multiplayer online co-op play. It's fun, but remains to be seen how the simple formula holds up for a 20 stage game.

Other than that, Tomb Raider Underworld. Played it through Steam, XBL demo should be out as well. Fair amount of improvements over the last two games, visually and in platforming mechanics (combat mechanics are the same as ever) but at this point, either you like TR, or you don't.
