No, the reason why those papers aren't getting signed is not because certain companies are elitests, stingy or don't want their cars to get damaged (in game), it's because polyphony won't pony up the dough to pay for those rights. Fake damage like the crap in Forza they are ok with, but realistic damage they see it as if it will hurt their prestige. Ferrari sure as hell wont let that happen.
