Ye you become elite around level 11, and the good thing is is that your people gain more movement time, which is really helpful, especially for shocktroopers!

As i said i dont want to give away any spoilers so you'll have to finish the chapter yourself! lol. let me know if you guessed right.

Got there. Didn't guess right surprisingly. Level 11 huh? I'm still a ways away from there. Guess i'm sticking to my tride and true standard of being underleveled in RPGs where i enjoy the Story.
