the lightning and reflection effects looks good just like Chrizum said, but game suffers thanks to really bad 3d models and textures(really low resolution of textures and polygon count) plus physics and driving part is uterly bad. it looks more like psx game with some new effects.
it looks like there are only closed race tracks instead of open city so it's bad as well(i just can't imagine how bad ds version is).
