Anyone think MS will make a handheld?

I think if they beat the PS3 by more than 10 Million and the Wii begins to trail off a bit they will feel confident and may make a handheld. If they do, I guarentee you that it will have 2 analog sticks and alot of shooters. And Rare support to try to draw in Rare fans (me)/kids/casuals
