One time on the MTV I saw some show about plastic surgery. They interviewed some guy who was in the gym 24/7 but ashamed of his calves, because the muscles wouldn't tone like the rest of his body, so he got calf implants under the muscle tissue so it looks like his calves are always flexed and they look retarded. There were some blonde hoochies who got like 5 surgeries each, tummies, thighs, faces, titties, and some other stuff.
There was one obese woman who was going to get her stomach stapled. They interviewed her in her car. The cameraman was in the passenger seat filming her, and during the interview she pulled into a fast food place and got the hugest greasiest cheeseburger ever. It was either scripted or the woman didn't see the irony of eating gigantic heart attack sandwiches on camera while talking about how she can't control her weight problem because it's glandular and she needs surgery. I almost died laughing.
