Nope.
If Apple tried to make a dedicated gaming device, console or handheld, out of the blue like that it would either fall on it's face or require massive losses for years (see: Xbox). Apple would need a library of quality games ready to go out of the gate to sell such a device, which would demand some serious investment. Apple isn't much of one for money pits, so I don't think an "iGame" is in the cards for the forseeable future.
