Europeans I need your help: Was Nights Confirmed..Again..?

It still hasn't told us what system it's for. I assum Wii because of other magazines claiming Wii exclusive with Nights hint. Although, that artwork could be a PS3/360 one, but I can't tell. It could go either way.
