Yeah, true. The goverment isn't very stable, the military  made several coups in the past.

Well, the Constitutional Court did not ban the AKP and Erdogan because they have been instituting certain reforms-some of which are reforms requested by the EU. The Court, however, admitted that the AKP is the central location of anti-secular activities. Depending on how the AKP governs, I could see anything happening. Turkey is currently in an interesting situation.
