On Topic: I bought a Arcade unit last December or January. I was using the included 256 MB memory unit for about a month and then quickly bought a 20GB HDD off my friend for $50.
Nice deal though, some Arcade owners that didn't upgrade to a HDD yet should look into it. And Microsoft should advertise this offer in TV ads and in stores.
