 360 bans usually ban the console only. his account should be fine to connect to live if he gets another 360...unless he cheats or messes with gamerscore. that shit will get you permabanned...

 

no he doesn't mess with Gamerscore (i think) but i'm starting to catch a whiff of some roflwaffles cooking!
