Who stated that...? after discovering that Enix never actually made their DQ games by themselves, and only published them, I lost a lot of respect for the company.

 

 

That´s retarded to say, because Enix never was a developer. At what they did they were great: fund developers, supervise them and publish their great games, nothing more nothing less.

 

Enix also has Star Ocean, which is a great franchise
