100% includes everything :
Storyline ( I think it's 60%)
Doing every activity once with every friend
Kill the 300 flying rats
Do all the assassin missions
Do all the police car missions
Do all the export missions
Win all the races
Do all the car stealing missions from Bruce
Beat highest score at Q3D.
Find all the super jumps..
...
I know when I originally played the game I was at 93% and stopped there as following a guide to find every piegon wasn't really what I would call fun
PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !
PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !
