1. You can do online-coop I did it for 5 hours today. 2 on one system, 6 with some other random people.
2. Kinda Sorta, depending on your class you can unlock more guns found in the single player campaign. This way you can choose what weapons/grenades/berserk mode you want.
3. Sorta answered that in 2. I know there are other things I just haven't played alot. I believe different types of bullets. I could be wrong.
