Sony has yet to come up with a game as big as Gears 1/2 or Halo 3 since the PS3 launched. I doubt Killzone 2 will be as big as you think it is.

By the way, like what CAL4M1TY said, they've generally been holding off on their announcements until they need them. One reason many Sony fans think they're in the best position (in terms of future game library) is because nearly all their future titles are already announced. MS and Nintendo have been keeping their future titles a secret.

 

Hey watch out though we have MGS4 pretty much on the verge of outselling Gears 1 with -5 mill userbase. Be careful now.

Gears has sold 5.3 million units, MGS4 has sold 3.4 million units. How is that on the verge of anything?

 

Vg chartz is undertracking MGS4 by a mill and overtracking gears by like 500k this from Konami and Epics mouths.

Sounds bogus to me. I'm fairly sure you're referring to the SHIPPED figures of MGS4, and the magazine snippets claiming that Gears has "almost 5m sold!" or whatever.

I'd assume if you had a valid, non-vague link with any sort of proof, you would've posted it already.

Until then, I'll chalk it up as a Sony fan wish/hope claim, which is what this entire thread amounts to actually.

 

Here's a tip. You should stop making anti-360 thread, when you are obviously in the tank for the PS3. At least until you've built up a little rep for yourself around here.
