Of course Motorstorm 2 lost them money. Do you really think they made back their budget with 1 or 2 weeks of sales? The first Motorstorm sold an average amount before it got bundled, and the second one could have decent legs that last through the holiday season and into 2009. With a debut so horribly low, couldn't that be the case? Why buy Motorstorm 2 now when there are a bunch of big, better games, and you can buy it later? And if worst comes to worse, Sony will bundle it. I definitely see this doing at least 2 million worldwide, one way or another. Then again, I might fall flat on my face.
