Are you not able to game because you're missing limbs or are handicapped? blasphemy!
"Kitsuneyumi" from the PS boards made his own custom PS3 controller (with the help of friends/family) that uses many parts of body (including mouth) so he could continue gaming. He posted pictures online to show everyone that even limited, gimped and handicapped people can enjoy gaming as much as the rest of us. He was able to beat the demo of heavenly sword, eternal sonata and mirror's edge with his custom controller.
Major props to him for keeping the dream alive, I salute thee.
